Covid-19 Red Alert

Mahoning County is one of six Ohio counties reported to to have a rise in cases of the virus. This past Thursday the Ohio Department of Health registered 18,247 new cases for the past week. The “red” counties for high transmission levels on the CDC map are Cuyahoga, Lawrence, Loraine, Lucas, and Pike in addition to Mahoning County. People in these counties are advised to mask up indoors.

Please be aware that in addition to unvaccinated persons being a large number of the Covid fatalities there is a large increase of vaccinated elderly that are dying from catching the virus. Please also be cautious because we are in the presence of children that are not vaccinated and our exposure to the public can put them at risk.
